question is this a common issue ?? everything else seems to fit nicely but the big gap in the front.. thanks.

the ones I did fitted better than as your pics show.. is your Cab still in correct level? I see you only hat bars from front to the end, not from floor to top? I had to level the cab a bit, but I had to remove the complete floor, rockers and front sheet.

Rocker looks to be in the correct orientation to the cab mount, most important part. I'd just add an extension to tie it in to the triangle brace..

thanks for replies, i have cab supported by braces in the front and set the level to match frame before I started. I'll make pieces to fix issue. thanks again
