Any tips or tricks of removing the wiper cowl before I just start pulling on things?
Searched but can’t find much on this.
I had mine off a while ago, check out the install instructions from SDHQ. They’re meant to install some parts but they show you in color how to remove the cowl on page 5: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/24...f?v=1618845625
basically, undo the clips you can see in the front then give it a tug. It’s all clips, no bolts, undo the clips you can see then a sharp tug to undo the clips in the rear you can’t get at.

Where do u get the heated wipers....part numbers???
would love to have those when plowing as ice always gets stuck on the wipers
Everblade is the company that makes the heated blades. I’ve been using them on my last truck for about 5 years. They could be better but I find they do help.

Frost Fighter heated wiper park defrosters are a better way of going about it. The windshield has to be out to install thou. It's a design issue that is really why it's difficult. On the down stroke both wipers push all to the wiper park area, there is not no escape for snow or slush and the iceburg builds up from the bottom. Even thou I have no snow going over top of plow, when it's really coming down under certain conditions it builds up. Heated wipers keep the wipers clear (maybe) it's the wiper park area that needs to be clear. Also leave slack where the wires come out of the cowl to wiper arm, wires will be in the iceburg frozen and held in place, and wipers will be moving. I have tried everything, $240 heated washer fluid, useless for snow clearing also, don't use that deicer in a can you won't have a finish on your truck or mldgs. @ the end of the season. My truck has the deicer on the wiper park area, more wires would have been better.
