Had my moonroof replaced under warranty and now rain sensing and intermittent function on wipers failed. Wipers only work when manually selected to high. Dealer is backed up and don’t want to be without my truck. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot problem?
I’d still let the dealer handle it under warranty. If you mess with it, they may claim that it is no longer covered under warranty (that particular part, not the whole truck)
just live with the wipers on high until you can get it in.
Take it in for diagnosis with the understanding you need it back by end of day while they order parts. You will bring in when all parts are on deck. I had to do same with tow hooks, running boards, battery brackets. Also, I would do sooner than later unless that momentary button is still working cause high is ridiculous.

I have tried three times now to get Mak Haik to help by calling when they have an appointment. The third call they said they’d help out but that was ten days ago.
Check the connector to the rain sensor that is located in the plastic shroud behind the rear view mirror. I just went through the same thing after having my windshield replaced, the glass tech forgot to plug it back in. Only had high wiper speed, did not matter if I disabled the rain sensor.

Try disabling the RSW and operate the wipers the old fashioned way.
Go to: Settings > Advanced Settings > Vehicle > Wiper Controls and deselect Rain Sensing.

Are you talking about removing the cover behind the mirror? Next to the windshield? I took a look at that but wasn’t sure how to take it off without breaking it ... Any suggestions?
