My son rolled my truck Saturday, everyone in the truck was fine, nothing more than some bruising. I'm waiting on the insurance adjuster to make it over. What do you think the odds are for the truck being a total loss?

The odds are 99.99% total loss.
Sorry to see this happen to you, and thankful that everyone in the truck was fine... nothing more than some bruising.
I just have to ask... did the bruising happen during the rollover?
I don't think that's an automatic total loss. That's a high trim level truck and the diesel engine, the value is really high so they can spend a lot of money fixing it before they hit the actual vehicle's value. Unless you tweaked the frame, they may try to fix it.
Assuming that the frame is not bent, twisted, or otherwise compromised. Also assume that the engine and fuel system is also all good to go.
Then I see literally every single body panel would need replacing and painted ... plus all the hardware, trim, handles, etc. The roof and all of the pillars (A, B, etc.) would need to be rebuilt (and I'm not sure how that gets done). Probably the entire grille assembly is shot, since most of that is plastic clips, structures, radiator, cooling lines, etc. That probably includes the lights, bumpers, etc. All the airbags would have to be replaced, as with any of the plastics and other structures (steering wheel) that get destroyed (either by design or by accident) on their deployment. Not sure what other interior damage there is. Most of the glass would be replaced. Some of the suspension components will need to be realigned at least, if not replaced, from all the off-angle shear and force. I would expect a thorough look through the axles and driveshafts/linkages to ensure they're aligned and ready for use. Four wheels and tires, at least, maybe the hubs and supporting wheel/brake structures need to be replaced, too.
I doubt that a professional shop could do all that work for less than the book value of the truck. So, it will be a loss, in my uneducated opinion.
Also, remember that the value of the truck will likely be based on a normal value and not the silly 2021 market prices. So, a 2018 Platinum Diesel will book out for less than what you could have traded it in/sold it for two weeks ago. I've had both experiences with two totaled vehicles with the same insurance company: one I felt like I got screwed and the other I felt like I got a good buy-out. So, it's a complete crap-shoot in my limited experience. Adjusters are hypercritical of mileage.
I had one worse than that but the truck was only six months old at the time so they chose to fix it. It received 20k worth of repairs in Wyoming and by the time I got it back in CA, they did such a crap job on the repairs that it went back into a local dealer for another 17k worth of work. Truck leaked after that and was never right so I traded it in on a new one at the same dealership that fixed it a second time and the repair work was never an issue on the sale.
If the cost to repair is more than the amount of the check they would write to total, minus the salvage value, it will be totaled. The insurance company always figures-in the amount they can recover by selling the salvage when doing the math. I high-bling Power Stroke likely has a significant salvage value. Looks like a total to me.

Right now it would sell in the 30s-40s at auction. Crazy.
I'd certainly want it totaled and have no doubt it will be.
3 years ago, had 1 limb penetrate the upper firewall and windshield on a truck valued at 15K and insurance totaled it within 15 minutes of inspection.
I know, I know, you're truck is worth a lot more but a plethora of damage.
Shows how strong the aluminum structure is. I really like the extruded beam in the A and B pillars.
Glad to hear everyone walked away. And yes, if this thing did a full rollover, which it looks like it did, I am quite impressed and happy to see how well the cab held up.
