Description:

I have a number of Rebuilt ZF S5-42 and S5-47 manual transmissions for sale. I’ve been a Ford mechanic for 25 years and rebuild these in my spare time for extra cash. Cases are hot washed and checked for cracks. Any worn gears or worn engagement surfaces are replaced. All bearings and synchros are replaced. Shift forks are replaced. Cases are sealed with three-bond and don’t leak. I’m meticulous.

I currently have these units in stock:

Modular S5-47 4x4 $1800
460 S5-42 2x4 $1600

core charge is $400 or exchange me a similar unit

I need a manual 6 speed trans for my 2003 F-250 7.3L Diesel shortbed.
Any chance that you have one?

I am looking to swap the auto tranny on my 2001 F350 to a manual.
Do you have one?
I will need everything:
Transmission, manual 4x4
Transfer case
Cross member
drive shaft
pedal assembly
slave cylinders and line

91 f150 5.0 4x4
Looking for a zf5 that will bolt up. My transfer case is junk, but I can rebuild that myself if I have to. Been in it before. But I'd love a solid zf5 for my truck. I saw the swap online and love it. All I have to offer is a working m5r2 that needs at least one bearing and synchronizers. Any help you can offer would be great but I think shipping would be a killer though...

I would suggest you look elsewhere.....

I figured. I love this little truck, but I want it done right. Seems in my area people r so stubborn they'd prefer to let 8 vehicles rot away in their front yard than sell one. It's such a shame.
