Description:

I have a number of Rebuilt ZF S5-42 and S5-47 manual transmissions for sale. I’ve been a Ford mechanic for 25 years and rebuild these in my spare time for extra cash. Cases are hot washed and checked for cracks. Any worn gears or worn engagement surfaces are replaced. All bearings and synchros are replaced. Shift forks are replaced. Cases are sealed with three-bond and don’t leak. I’m meticulous.

I currently have these units in stock:

Modular S5-47 4x4 $1800
460 S5-42 2x4 $1600

core charge is $400 or exchange me a similar unit

I need a manual 6 speed trans for my 2003 F-250 7.3L Diesel shortbed.

91 f150 5.0 4x4

Looking for a zf5 that will bolt up. My transfer case is junk, but I can rebuild that myself if I have to. Been in it before. But I'd love a solid zf5 for my truck. I saw the swap online and love it. All I have to offer is a working m5r2 that needs at least one bearing and synchronizers. Any help you can offer would be great but I think shipping would be a killer though...

ZF5 wide ratio 7.3 powerstroke

Hi.. I've got a 2002 E350 powerstroke 4x4 with a ZF5/GearVendors manual tranny swap.. im looking for a wide ratio RMTS5-47-6 ZF5 to replace my existing tranny.. since I've swapped to 37's the 1st gear lugs a bit.. I'll be swinging thru california on my way to mexico.. can you help me with this??
