Auto stop/start
Couple ways. Autostopeliminator.com, dummy trailer plug, some models deactivate it in "Sport" mode. With the first option, it doesn't permanently disable it, but it makes the vehicle remember the switch option, so when you turn it off, it stays off every time you start the vehicle, till you turn it back on.
I got a nightlight for my Sisters 2020 Ranger. I haven't checked for the plug in the rear of the console, but I've read the plug in isn't on the 2020's. I'll try to check it the next time she comes over to visit. Last time she came over I forgot to check

My sister just told me her 2020 Ranger XLT, it could be an XL (can't remember) has a 110 volt plug in the back of her console. I've read the 2020's didn't have this 110 volt plug but she told me hers does. Will be trying the night light soon, maybe in a few days to see if it works. She told me the auto start-stop is driving her crazy. we'll see.............

My sister tried to plug in the night light. She said it won't fit the 110 volt plug.
. I wonder why? I haven't looked at it myself.

Not a issue for me now, the 1st few months I kept forgetting to turn it off at start-up. Now that is the 1st step I do till the next re-start.
Same with the 1-10 gear indicator, as soon as I put it in "D" I press the + button on the gear shift but just like the auto-start-stop this too is required on every restart. I guess Ford couldn't find any extra available space to allow the 1-10 gears to display all of the time like on the F150's and Super Duties, so it shares the same space with some of the other symbols that I could care less about.
Put it in "S", but don't press the + on the gear shift or you will be shifting the gears and the single digit gear indicator readout is hard to see in the instrument panel as it is in a different location.
