I did find the pin, it was inside the barrel that i had not removed yet, i could not see it in there . i tried to shake and tap it out but it didn't move ! Freaked me right out, lol
everything is back together, took a couple turns of the key and some cranking to get oil back into the hpop, took it for a drive to work any air out
had grandkids coming over so i didn't get to play with the old girl, i will take some time today
From what i was able to tell it runs better , i could not feel the issue so i am assuming rebuilding the irp did the trick, more testing to come!
I want to unplug the icp and see what i feel, Jeff had suggested that before and it highlighted the ipr issue, i will try it again as a means of feeling it again or not!
might even put the forscan back on it, see if the Bart Bobble is gone
Very glad to hear your experience on this IPR rebuild. I have yet to do it as well - have the kit ready when needed, assuming the coil does not go first. I'd love to see the after IPR rebuild FORScan data if you'd like to post it. But seat-of-the-pants drivability seems to be showing good results on this repeatable issue. Nicely done, Listor!

Took a good ride this morning after the grandkids left, very pleased with the results! let me know what you see !
haha no more Bart Bobble!
And i will again Thank BWST for the help and guidance along the way here!
Note: For anyone else doing this > put a catch pan down under the bell housing or your going to get told off for the mess your about to make!
This data confirms it. ICP is following the movement of the commanded IPR%.
Glad to help, Listor. Thank you for figuring out FORScan and logging this data. Now if we could just determine out how to get PERDELs to show up! At least you don't need that information to further diagnose this particular issue.
