Strange Headrests

Has anyone found a way to address the headrests in the 2009 F150. Just short of taking them out, Is there a way to move them back?

You drive with your head against the headrest? The reason they are slanted forward is for safety.

I found it a little uncomfortable when I test drove one. I will just figure out a way to make it so it doesn't bother me.

The head rests have been designed like this on new cars so that if your in the correct seating posistion and somene rear ends you it protects against whip lash. I would love to see you guys seating posistion as my head has to be leaned back to hit the head rest.

Like I said, I will figure it out. It was only a test drive, so when my truck actually comes in, I will be able to find a more comfortable position for the seat.

I like the fact that head rests are big enough to fit a 40" tv in. LOL

At first it was not comfortable but now I kinda like them.

I removed both of them. I found them obnoxious. The passenger side headrest blocks the view through the right rear window too. Easier to reach behind now too. Now I have nice good old fashioned truck seats.
