I'm putting together a truck I didn't take apart and I can't tell if the spring behind the window crank handle has to go on before of after the door interior panel?

Before. It is a little tricky to keep it lined up in the hole in the panel, but not terrible. We left one out on one side of ours (I think we lost it) and everything still works fine.
The flat white plastic washer/bushing goes between the crank handle and door panel.

Spring # 22624 X2 before the door panel, X2+2 it will (should) work without it. X2+3 the white washer #23370 keeps the handle from rubbing on the door panel and leaving marks. While the door panel is off lube the window regulator and grease the white roller/track at the bottom of the glass.
