Help#5 #7 cylinder help

2005 6.0l diesel 180,000miles
liquid locked i changed the hpop egr delete remain injectors
About 400 miles it liquid lock again
neither time injectors blew tip off.
I changed #7 injector when I crank it over with Key off its blowing diesel out the glow plug hole
I turn key on fuel pump run and run and #5 liquid locked
now I crank it over with glow plugs out of of #5and 7 fogs diesel out the glow plug holes of 5 and 7

I herd heads crack but it puts diesel in the water
I not herd of head cracking dumping fuel into cylinders ???
Anybody run into this

It would be more likely an injector o-ring seal and copper seal issue, possibly due to the injector bolt holes not being fully cleared of oil, preventing full clamping load on the injectors.

It made it 400 miles did it smoke a lot during this
are they just cheapo remain inject
or oem ford inject

I'm with Jack on this one. Also, the threads on your injector hold down bolts might be stretched from being over-torqued previously. Maybe clean the bolt holes, get some new bolts and new copper gaskets, then re-torque and see how it goes.
