Sounds like #7 injector problem. I would pull it and inspect for broken or cracked tip, could be just o-ring (copper washer) leaking, or a injector cup in the head (worst case). Just a small amount of fuel in the cylinder can hydrolock and cause a no crank.

On edit: it's not unusual for glow plugs to have oil on them when you take them out. Look back down the hole they came out of closely and you will see why.
