The one i linked is direct fit, plugged right in, no messing with wires, etc, even came with new 3M adhesive weather stripping.

Those parts are the shiniest parts of my little fuel sipper, even now almost five years later they still shine with only infrequent wax jobs. With a little time and elbow grease you can get great results reconditioning plastic parts.
Sounds like I need to give this a try!
