Finished with the underside and any of the frame I could get to. Also cleaned up the bumper and put some bedliner in. I am not worried about the inside of the bed at this point.

Reason: add more
Even though I swapped beds, when I was cleaning up the underside I could see a few rust holes in the wheel well and back corner on the drivers side plus a good sided dent, so I ordered a bedside. I live in Canada, this is my wife and I prior to crossing the border.
Went on with panel bond but I had limited time in my workspace so was rushed. I am not entirely happy with the body lines and will redo no that i have access to a garage and welder. But this is how it sits currently.
I had bought the generic floor pans, but noticed from the underside that this area would be a rust issue in another 5 years so I cut out and made a panel. Not to shabby for someone with zero welding and fab experience.
Finished off both sides, I havent done too much to grind down the welds as I am thinking its good to keep all the strength and its under carpet. It was a learning experience and I am getting better with the welder, but I have to to go back and look at it before i paint the interior.
Doors are off and fully dismantled as it pretty much the whole truck. I would take breaks from welding and just take parts off that I dont want to mask when it comes to painting.
Been awhile since an update, figured i would start catching up here. Drivers door jam and cab corner needed a patch. I dont pretend to be the best welder.
