HPOP Issue

Having an issue with my high pressure oil system.

Truck has a CNCFAB stage 2 HPOP that’s maybe 2 years old.
In my hot tunes the ICP pressure will drop to as low as 1800psi in a WOT pull with the IPR% maxing out.
The second I let off the PSI jumps to 3000-3400psi, and if I’m below 3/4 throttle the PSI will hold at 3000psi.
In my daily tunes the ICP will run to about 2800psi and stop with no issues at the top end.
I have no oil in my fuel, I have no visible leaks, I tested both heads for leaks and I cannot find anything.
Anyone have any tips on this?

What size injectors, how old/miles? What are your tunes commanding for icp? Whos tunes?
Edit, on phone so clicked through to see sig. Since I was teased by another member for asking

Sounds like the pump is working so I would guess some is up with tuning.

180/30 Injectors, 45k on them, 3 years old.
Fuel pressure WOT ~58psi.
I doubt its tunes, I’ve had this set up for 2 years now and it’s had no issues to this point.
But in the past I’ve seen as high as 3200psi WOT in the hottest tune with my IPR around 45%

Definitely not poppets I had that issue on another truck and it would not start hot. This truck starts hot fine.
IPW is 3.72 ms.
Might be the upper O ring but no oil is in the fuel. Not a drop. I have no oil consumption either. Maybe the oil rail drain plugs?

You can't rule out anything without testing.

Then how do you suggest testing for it?

The injectors would have to be tested on our bench if it's not something obvious. It could also be the HPOP.

If it dead heads at 3400psi it should be good correct?
And I believe I have the instructions to measure the gaps for the poppet valves.

No, and armature gap won't help here.
