This is telling me its more than an injector o-ring leak.

What was the fuel level when this happened? Fuel tank mods done?

How is the oil level?

You've ruled out the IPR. How is the ICP sensor? Does it start/run ok with an unplugged ICP? Is the ICP motorcraft?

Any codes?

Going to diagnose the issue but I'm starting to lean towards the IPR being bad as I had this exact same scenario happen 3 years ago.
This is pretty much what happened to me maybe a year and a half ago, when I had an injector o-ring failure on #4. Of course I had lost over a gallon of oil and the fuel filter was saturated with it.

Well more bad news,
I tested both heads and both are maxing out at 500psi.
I seriously doubt both heads have a massive oil leak at the exact same time. HPOP time? The reservoir fills up after I’m done cranking and is at the brim, should mean LPOP is good right?

Just dead headed the pump, it’s junk.
Makes 500psi max.

That is what I was going to suggest, dead head the pump.

Sorry for your loss sir. Keep us updated on the outcome. At least now you know for sure what the issue is.

That stinks.
Give Corey or Clay a call. I am sure they will help get you taken care of.

I sure hope so, I’m texting him right now. Online it only shows a 1 year warranty which expired last July. Not expecting much tbh

Can someone tell me how I should be dead heading the pump? I have one line blocked off and the other going to my gage.
Should I have the IPR fully grounded or leave it open?

Good video from DieselTechRon on this procedure. 12V across the IPR solenoid will shut it and allow the HPOP to build pressure if it is working.

I believe Ron mentions not to leave power applied to the IPR for too long, but it is important to not do that. You could cause damage to the coil if 12v power is left too long.

The connector is the same as an injector connector from the UVCH. I have sent a couple of these out over the years and would offer to send one to you, but I don't have any spares left.

You may be able to get a cheap pigtail locally though.

There are plugs that will close the port like 12v power applied to the IPR, but they are additional cost too.

So I spoke to Clay today.
Theyre very hard standing with the 1 year warranty. I have to pay to ship it to their shop to flow test it. I also have to pay to fix whatever it wrong with the pump or if it’s just a check ball that’s not seating correctly to have it cleaned.
Starting to take it out now, will update once I get it tested by them.

Just for clarification sake, Clay is at Riffraff and Corey is at CNC Fabrication. I don't see CNC pumps on the Riffraff website, unless I missed them.
