Inline Switch (ON/OFF) for an Inverter?

I just picked up
THIS THIS
little inverter for a road trip. I would like to wire it up behind the back seat. I know in need to run some heavier gauge wire to it. I would like to put an inline switch mounted to the dash, but I'm at a loss of what kind of switch I would need to buy to accomplish this. Does anybody have any experience with something like this?

I read the specs, it has two 40 amp fuses in it. It would be best to put a switch like this out near the battery. You can use it to disconnect the inverter, and it will also protect the large wires in case something happens.

I'll definitely put a fuse/circuit breaker near the battery, but I would also like to have a switch in the cab. I'm wondering if I could go with something like
THIS THIS
to accomplish what I'm looking to do. I'm looking to avoid some giant 60a toggle switch.

Yes. You could use that relay mounted somewhere out of the way and run some smaller wires from the relay to a small switch on the dash. You will have to decide if you want to pick up power from a hot all the time source or a key-on source to activate the relay. If you are going to drive a large load with the inverter, I recommend key on only with the engine running. Unless you are going to run a aux battery. A large draw from that inverter with the engine off is going to drain the battery very quickly.
