Howdy! This is my first post, and I'm kind of in a hurry, so let me apologize if I screw up. I am unable to send private messages, so I figured this was the best way. As the title states, I am looking for a pcb diagram for the EEV-IV pictured below (It's a 1990 unit with an 87 engine) After countless hours of looking, trying to cross reference the part number on the component and who knows how many datasheets. I came across a diagram posted by subford that is what I need. However, I am unsure if it applies to the unit I have. I'm hoping he reads this or someone else can help me identify what circuit it's for. I've hit a dead end with my meter as I can't seem to make heads or tails of it. Again, Im sorry if I screwed up, thank you all!
I thought we figured out in the other post it was the ISC or idle control circuit? Pin 21? The thing you are holding in your hand is TIP121 a transistor?
I spent several hours reading and tracing that diagram with my meter. That diagram isn't the correct one unfortunately, and I am at a complete loss once again
Turns out I completely missed a very obvious trace... I was only checking from the cathode side of the diode. I believe it is the 3-4 shift solenoid. The diagram above is only for a manual transmission, but I would think it's the same as the others. In case anyone else makes a bonehead mistake like I did 😂
