I don't think so , I have a 76 f-250 and on the bottom left corner of the axle housing the # 44-6cf . A 44 is not a 60 with a 44 ring and pinion also the pitman arm will have 4 bolts if it is a 60.

He's talking strictly about the Dana 44HD being the same housing as a 60.

Did you not notice that this was a DANA 44 HD, not the regular d 44.

The steering components will likely be dana 60 parts, but I am not sure.
