Steering binding
Hi there I've a 71 f250 camper special it tracks well most of the time but on turns it gets tight any thoughts?

Jack the front up, disconnect the pitman arm and turn the wheels lock to lock by hand. Is it the front end or the steering box/

Check the rag joint and the steering column alignment with the steering box.

It could also be the king pins are binding. Put some grease in their zerk fittings.

Replace the power steering pump and it solve the problem thanks for the information guys and gals.

Just a bad pump ended up replacing pump and gearbox.
