For what it's worth (old color photo shown on your phone, ipad, or monitor) here is a color picture of a 53 F100 taken in 1953. Does it look like Sungate Ivory or is it lighter in color?
Had I had to guess, on my screen it looks white. I can tell you though that my dad bought this truck new and he described it as an off-white or cream color.
