I ran low on fuel once. Did have similar symptoms but no cel. Now when the valve cover harness came slightly dislodged on 1 side I had the exact symptoms you are describing. Not saying that's it, but mighty sus.

If you have the dongle, ForScan or TorqPro. I use ForScan and don't know anything about the other. I'm a little out of date with what's available today but I use a VeePeak WIFI adapter for iOS
