No start

I have a 2005 F350 and the injectors do not give you the prestart rattle.
New Parts as follows:
HPOP with new SCT fitting
Warren premiums injectors
New Injector harnesses
OEM oil cooler
Fuel Pump and Motorcraft filters
New Motorcraft 15/40 oil
Good FICM
Good PCM from running truck.
GLow plug harnesses
New Batteries and Altenator
Motorcraft IPR and ICP
Motorcraft Stand pipes and dummy plugs
Blue spring kit
Map sensor

This is my Son's truck and we are lost as to why is won't start.
Any help would be appreciated.

Was all of that JUST done and it won’t start after the work? Or was that work done somewhat recently and now it’s not starting?

Oof.

What data do you have? I assume you have something that reads various info from the truck? Like FICM volts, IPR, ICP, any codes, etc?

When cranking does the oil pressure gauge on the dash come up to normal range?

RPMs over 150, ICP over 500 while cranking? Fuel pressure? Does the oil gauge on the dash register pressure after you've been cranking it a few seconds? Just for grins, when you crank it with the key off, is it nice and smooth, or does it hiccup every revolution at a dead cylinder? Are you sure there's no kill switch or security system? Has the emergency fuel cut-off switch been triggered - it's under the passenger-side kick panel, at the very top, next to the underside of the dash?

Need to get back to live data. Does op have a reader. If not we can suggest our normal on Forscan Lite for cell and a good dongle( many choices)

live data tells all.

I assume those are cranking values. If so, looks like you should be good on high pressure oil. Make absolutely sure the plugs in the FICM are positively locked into it. That could be the source of many a problem.

Can't tell for sure on the high pressure oil without looking at the ICP sensor volts.

True, but with cranking IPR at 48 and 1500 psi it’s not the oil pressure causing it to not start.

The PCM often times infers an ICP reading - and it isn't only when the sensor is bad. That 1500 psi may not be real. Sensor voltage is needed.

Man, that sucks...why would they design it that way? Makes it difficult to figure stuff out! 🤦‍♂️

I think that was done when they had so many sensors failing in the early years - as a way to get it started if the sensor was the only issue.
