Cruise not working

Well like the title says, my cruise has stopped working. I have done the KOER self test and have gotten 2 different codes. First P1703 then P0703. I followed the pinpoint test for the first and the service manual tree takes me to a new master cylinder. What are the chances it is the pressure switch?

Very likely to be the brake switch

Fyi new switch didn't fix it, I still have battery volts from the switch to the PCM, whether I am pressing the brake pedal or not.

I feel like a total knucklehead, I checked my fuses again and fuse 12 of the battery junction box under the hood was not installed correctly. Fixed that and everything worked as it was supposed too.
