Cruise Control Issue
I have a 2012 6.7 super duty, the issue im having with cruise control, is that when i set it, the light comes on green, but the truck doesnt engage, ive seen on youtube about a lil vaccum sensor that can be replace, that usuallt goes bad (accordong to what i read online) also saw on youtube that it is located on the bottome of the master cylinder twords the front, so i took a quick look yesterday and didnt see it or a place it would be located on the master cylinder, looking for help on locating where it actually is... thanks in advance

I've had that happen to my 2008 F350. I'm not sure if the 2012 model has that problem. When my pressure switch didn't work the cruise control wouldn't work. that is one of the reasons for it. If you press the brake and the pedal switch doesn't shut off the cruise control the master cylinder pressure switch would.

I had the same thing happen intermittently about 6 months ago, light would come on but not engage the cruise control, although if I turned the key on the off it would start working again. Happened for a couple of weeks but hasn't returned since.
Is is yours not working all the time or is the issue intermittent?
