bottom area of van door have more of a curved area for wheel well , trucks do not have as much curve if you look at pictures, I think you can see a difference , also appear to have different lower contour for body lines
Good point, but it you could make it work you would get a push button opening instead of a lift up handle to open. F600/700 has the same push button to open set up and their doors fit. F700 below

Seeing this image reminded me of a thought/photoshop experiment I did involving the E front end and the F back end. This would create a semi-cab over pick-up truck of this era that never actually existed. The "dent" would match front to back. I don't believe that anyone has attempted this yet but who knows what the future will bring.

I was thinking about it and decided to mod the internet pic from earlier:
(EDIT: I think back of cab could be straighter up and down but I wasn't sure how to edit it that way. I'm not sure if I brought the boxside up high enough. I don't know if I would want a dually single cab longbox, probably just single rear wheel.
