Spring or Chasis

Noticed today while tire pressure checking that my rear left side is about 3-4 inches lower than the right side. On the left, the bracket on the chassis is sitting on the upper spring, the right is 3 1/2" above it. Also looks like the upper gap between passenger doors is smaller and door is catching a bit, but it could be my paranoia after I saw the rear. I know the box cross members are bad (rust) but the tilt is in the chassis, so what could it be and how can it be fixed? Anybody ran into something similar? 2007 F350 extended cab 8ft box 6L 4x4.

Post up some pictures.

Could be leaf springs. Do the body lines line up still?
Hard to imagine driving around with it sagging that much and not noticing it.

Left sagged rear

Left sagged toward front

Right rear

Right toward front

Back
I am sitting on snow and ice so I also measure front distance fender to tire and the side that is sagged in the back (left) is actually about 3/4" to 7/8" higher than the passenger side at the front.

There is a big difference between the helper springs / over load springs between both sides.

I'd crawl under , from the back with a flash light and look for broken leaf springs. The usually break right close to the 2 U bolts that hold the axle to the springs.

Yap, quite a bit of rust. Made the mistake of using undercoating for about 5 years; that stuff should be banned. It dries out, flakes and is hard to remove. Lately I tried Coroseal and this is supposed to change the rust (Fe oxide) into a martensite or something similar, kind of glossy layer. At this point I'll just spray oil on it. Driving 14 winters in Michigan and North Ohio is brutal.

The under coating is very good at holding water and dirt in place.
The problem is when the place is up against the frame metal or really any other metal.

Broken leaf, the main one. Was first in line at the shop at 7:00am (they open at 7:30). By 7:30 looked like all trucks with a snow plow in Akron were there. I left 8:15am and cost me $217.00 That was sweet!!!
