I have a Indy 3 speed floor shifter. Does anyone know if you can flip the shifter handle to gain more access for my bench seat. I have a 1955 ford f100 three speed with a bench seat.
thanks
jerry
Indy is the cheap part of Hurst. What I have done in the past and suggest for you is cut your current stick approximately 2" up and drill it so that it would then resemble a Hurst and you can bolt on any handle configuration they make or fab up your own.
I’m going to take your advice about drilling and cutting. I had a problem also about slop in shifter found out it wasn’t even close to being tight.
thanks
jerry
You may have seen this picture in the buyer reviews on that page on Summit's website. This guy had a 65 Ford pickup with a T5 transmission. He was happy with the way it worked out for him.
