hmmm, in the tinting business for over 10,000 cars. I'll just have to keep looking for a car where it did not work as described. I am sure I'll see one some day. Patience is a virtue. Sometimes applying a layer of plastic over the water to allow slower activation is all that is needed when one feels it is not working.

I have had a few stubborn windows and have done the plastic over the film before, It works well. However i have had a few that have been real pains and soapy water did'nt cut it and had to use amonia.
BTW i was in the tinting buisness a few years ago and have done my share of vehicles.

Im not in the tinting business nor have i done my share of cars. But i will say ive had to strip my own a few times to prevent getting a ticket, or cause it turned purple cause it was old tint. After stripping the tint, i used windex and a wash cloth and basically scrubbed the glue off. Didnt take that much scrubbing but had to a little. U can also check out a body shop, and see what they use to take the glue off of the paint after removing pin stripes. That should work as well. But all i know is windex works great on removing the glue. IMO
