Lift up a corner and pull. IF you're luck it will come off in one piece. It probably won't, so get some new single edge razor blades and a squirt bottle of soapy water (just a little soap) and scrape it of. It's really the only way to get all that glue off.

You may want to also try using a hairdryer along with what triton_2002 said to soften up the glue a little bit.

take hot soapy water put it on a sponge or cloth hold over the tint about a min then peel a corner up the glue will be soft from water peel to the line you stopped with water then repeat all the way across . P.S. while glue is warm wipe of window take a razor blade and scrape the access then after it is done take windex and your done.
