Headlight grief
So today i installed the 2005 headlight conversion in my 1999 f250 superduty. All went well and ferr lights work great. Upon testing the turn signals, my left works as it should. The right though doesn't. No blink, just a buzzing noise from under the dash. I located it in a box with a cover. Took off cover and two relays and another box. That's the box buzzing. Im assuming that's the flasher? If not, what? Why is one side working and not the other. Both worked prior up headlight upgrade.

I chased a similar issue with taillights on my '07 F150 when I purchased it. Someone had not fully seated the big electrical block connector for the taillights. It LOOKED connected but once I squeezed it together REALLY hard it moved another ~1/4" and audibly clicked together. After that brake lights and signals were perfect.
