So I thought I would show you a couple pics of the current project I have been working on. A couple years ago we ran across this old boat for sale. Picked it up a 500 bucks. It had no motor and needed new seats. He had all new foam and vinyl for the seats. Just needed to be assembled. I found a motor for it from the neighbor that runs good. So I finally figured it was time to get it done. Got it in the shop and started buffing on it. Cleaned up pretty good. Now I just need to hang the motor on it and get the seats dealt with. Here is a couple before and after pics. It's not perfect but happy with how it turned out.
Got the sled back together this morning and went riding for 126 miles. Held together. But it began not to idle so did a compression test and got 135 on the pto and 50 on the mag. Just turned 10000 on the ride also. Always something

Hmmm, 10k on my f8 and it still has a solid idle and good compression.
