Got it fixed. After they ordered a new door and got it painted they still had to replace the door assembly which includes the hinge. Only took a week!

Any chance you've got the old door? I just bought a 2020 super duty truck bed and put it on my old 2000 7.3 on the drive home with the truck bed the wind pulled the door open (box was oriented backwards in the trailer) and the white body panel on the door is now gone.

I can't seem to find aftermarket ones either. Like a chrome cover or something to put there.
