Love this forum and thanks for allowing me to participate. Looking forward to checking in on a regular basis. I am expecting my truck in a couple of weeks as it was ordered in early December. Would anyone happen to know if any technical bulletin issues during the year get corrected in the new built trucks? I didn't know if the factory keeps up on the changes/corrections or are they usually left up to the dealer to handle when the truck is brought in with an issue. I imagine recall issues are corrected. Just curious. Thanks.

Technical Service Bulletins are not recalls. They're updates for technicians to help them diagnose and correct issues they may encounter. They're generally prefaced by terms such as 'In case of customer complaint...' Technical Service Bulletins are just information. There's no mandate that a technician follow or even reference them, though that can pose an issue when submitting the claim for warranty reimbursement.

Sure, there are plenty of them. However, just like most other professional diagnostic tools, they're not free. You have to pay for a subscription. TSBs are not mandated by the government to be published, like recalls are.
A National Highway Traffic Safety Administration database allows you to search your vehicle’s make, model, and year to find technical service bulletins, or TSBs, that are created by the manufacturer and shared with dealers about how to repair recurring problems. (Note that the link goes to the NHTSA recalls page. From there, select the "Vehicle" tab and search using the Year Make Model for your vehicle. The TSBs appear in the search results as manufacturer communications.)

TSB's can be updated on models as soon as the issue is found, and also could just be pocket defects that are detected. Larger issues are usually updated on newer models mid year when they ship over to Job 2 for example, you will see updates. TSB's like recalls usually have some pretty specific dates that they cover based on build dates. I subscribe to AllData and they have them listed based on year and model of vehicle.

I just looked up Alldata. I may have done something wrong, Seems that the newest model year was 2018 and only for GM backed vehicles.
Would you happen to have a link for the Ford vehicle under AllData? TY
Link is below to the website. The data is pretty current, covering 2021 models now, and I only use it for Ford vehicles, they are covered. If there is something specific you are looking for on your truck, let me know.
Thank you for the link and the offer. I am more curious about my truck and need to repair or modify anything.
Right now I crawl under the truck to look around and every time I see a vacant connector plug I wonder what it is designed for. I realize the the wiring harness is designed for a number of models and trim levels, but it's still nice to know. Thanks again
