Fuel issue

Fuel issue
2002 f250 5.4l, the battery light come on and tried to drive home before battery went dead unsuccessfully. Charged battery and drove truck home, changed alternator, now truck wont start. Has spark, checked fuses and inertia switch. Any ideas of what to check?

Pulling the bed is so much faster unless you have a lift and some help although before going to all that trouble check the pressure at the rail.

Quick update, the fuel pump was the issue. Banged on bottom of tank a few times, truck started immediately. I know it will need replaced soon.
Not long after getting it started, my wife drove it to town and the power steering hose blew out. Time to let it go!
