So I have an 06 f-350 and I recently replaced the hpop because I was driving and had little to no power out of nowhere and then the truck died and I was told the pump went out. Replaced the pump and the truck fired right up and after a little while started sounding back to normal. The next day went to start it and would just crank and not start and showed a code for the crankshaft position sensor. I tried unplugging the icp and starting it but that didn’t work. Now after a few days of fiddling with it it still doesn’t start but has a code for the icp sensor circuit fault and has now started blowing a lot of white smoke when cranking but still won’t start. Any advice is appreciated.
Who replaced the HPOP? How was it determined to be the fault? Can you post the DTC's you had/have right now? B.
I swapped the hpop myself and I know a guy who Owns a shop and he put his computer on the truck and checked it over and beloved that the pump gave out and the codes are p2285 and p2617 however the icp code may have come about by me cranking on it with the icp unplugged but I’m not entirely sure

Icp volts
Ipr duty cycle%
Rpm,s while cranking
cam and crank SYNC
Those are a few to look at. There's a good chance you had a little gunk get in your system wile working and it went to you ipr screen. Might want to look at that. Did you replace crank senser and pigtail?

no I did not change the sensor and pigtail but I changed the screen to a new one on the pit when I swapped it and can you recommend a scanner that can see those without costing a ton of money?

I got a scanner that reads more stuff the icp was at 1500 the icp voltage said zero but I got 5 volts at the plug with a multimeter the Roma were around 500-1000 and ipr was at 68 and sync was 1

ok I replaced the IPR so that’s down to 40 right now but it seems like the fuel bowl up on the engine is only half full and isn’t filling more and everything is just cranking is the something I should check in my field delivery to help remedy that?
