Who told you it needed a camshaft position sensor? If you had a DTC pertaining to the camshaft position it is usually the camshaft phasers that is bad, as it is no longer able to move the camshaft and leaves the cam stuck in an advanced timing state. Also, you must use Ford camshaft phasers as the aftermarket units are garbage.
However: your current code is for a glow plug problem.
