A 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF, mixed in small batches and given time to soak past the rings. The acetone thins the ATF to allow it to penetrate and then evaporates. Another thing to use would be Kano-Kroil or Aero-Kroil spray.

When I picked up my truck after it had been parked for 30 plus years the eng was stuck solid...poured Marvels Mystery Oil in every cyl and let it sit for a few days....freed it up...but I knew the history on my truck.
I have a stuck motor ... Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks for great website.
Whatever concoction or "stuff" you decide to use be sure to include a heapin' helpin' of healthy patience too. Sometimes people aren't too realistic on just how quickly penetrating fluids work. I'm sure the longer an engine has been stuck, the longer it will take to un-stick. Think "Days and weeks", not minutes or hours. But any of the usual suspects will often work fine, given enough time.

Marvel Mystery Oil is what I have heard of using as well. I'd use the Marvel Mystery Oil in the cylinders and in addition, change the oil and filter in the motor, remove the distributor, and very thoroughly prime the oil with a drill motor on the oil pump drive shaft to get lube everywhere. Like others had mentioned, it could also be a stuck valve. In my opinion, if it's piston rings rusted to cylinder walls and it will take more than Marvel Mystery Oil to free them, the motor will likely smoke badly and burn a lot of oil. That's okay if you are just trying to get it running until more can be done..
When I was a kid my me and my dad hauled home a 52 f5 that had been purchased 15 years earlier by him, but was on an island. It was seized and he had used something called power oil, I don’t know if it’s even available any more.
First gear back and forth with a John Deere A did the trick, but as I remember it took time, maybe a few weeks after work rocking back and forth.
Kroil or Marvel Mystery Oil...... Get started early. Many times when I go to load up an old piece of equipment I'll pour Marvel into each spark plug hole. The ride home gave it some
vibration and helped loosen it up....
Remove the head and oil pan before attempting to turn it over....
Hobo Well soaked with Marvel, head removed... Surprise !
