Can I assume that I too should have gotten a reducer for my 2021? I've seen all kinds of answers on this question

My F-350 SRW with 7.3 came with the 2.5-in and no sleeve. I happen to be back at the dealership and mentioned it to my salesman. He went and grabbed one off of another truck in the lot. Fast forward two months and I go to use it with my bike rack, only to find out he pulled a 3-in to 2.5-in reducer which obviously does not fit in my receiver. I'm seeing some of them on the lot have the sleeve, some do not. I think it's just random luck. If you have a nice salesman, they'll probably grab one for you.

Meanwhile, I'm still in the market for a 2.5 to 2-in sleeve and have to get rid of my oversized one.

Ford does not include the 2.5"-2" reducer anymore. They only include the 3"-2.5" reducer on new trucks. Have to buy the smaller reducer on your own.

I got a Reese 2.5 to 2 inch reducer for my truck. A lot of slop in it. I ordered one of these. See how it works.

My 2019 did not and my 2020 did not either.
My 2021 F-350 Platinum came with a reducer from 3" to 2.5".....

I realize thread is from late 2020 but has relevant history. I'm too am looking for 3" to 2" reducer. Husky 33129 is out of stock anywhere you look. Anyone have experience using Moonlight Diesel Hercu-Sleeve Towing Hitch Reducer Sleeve (3"-2")?
Amazon Amazon

Thanks,
Terry

I can’t answer your question directly, but this one is pretty nice. The price is right. And because of the way it’s made, it works with my Thule bike rack.

Did you ever get the 3" to 2.5" reducer? If not, I'll check out what shipping costs are, and give you mine.

I am going down this rabbit hole too. My rack uses a custom pin that is too short for a 3'' receiver. This etrailer one specifically says:
Note: This Reese Super Titan reducer sleeve does not work on Ford OEM 3" hitches.

What does that mean?

The only thing I can figure out is that it is specific to the Reese receiver, which must somehow be different than the Ford receiver. Beats me though. A 3" receiver should be a 3" receiver.

found here:

I ended up buying a CURT 3-2.5 / 2.5-2 adapter set and welded them together to give me a solid 3-2 adapter. So, now I have the factory 3-2.5, and a 3-2.
That’s a good idea. I think I’ll do the same!
