Question 3" to 2" hitch reducer for 2020 F-350?

I have a 2020 F-350 Lariat. It comes with 3" hitch and 3" to 2 1/2" hitch reducer sleeve. I've seen some people on Amazon claiming the truck comes with 2 1/2" to 2" hitch reducer sleeve. Is it true or I have to buy it separately? Thanks!

I believe they quit the 2.5-2 for 2020. My 2020 had just the 3-2.5 had to buy a 2.5-2, my 17-18-19 had both. My experience maybe an example of why they quit the double reducers, I bent the long pin pulling close to 14,000lbs with a 2 inch ball mount I think it has too much slop so to speak. Took the long pin out of round by about 1/5th of an inch

Don't use double sleeves, its asking for bent pins and worn out receiver holes.

I just want to carry a bike rack with the 2" hitch receiver. Is double-sleeve good for that purpose?

It will work, but the rattle will drive you crazy.

Is a one-piece adapter like
this this
better? Or any other recommendation?

Yes one piece welded adapters are better.

I'd use that one piece adapter if I had to go the adapter route. As far as sleeves included in the truck they stopped that a couple years ago. The sleeve came with my new 2017. In the 2019 and 2020 I've had since then, no sleeve.

Just picked up a 2020 350.. I assume the hitch is 3" ? Do these trucks come with a reducer? If so where would I find it..

I have a 2.5 and 2 inch reducer set sitting in my garage. My guess is they came with my 17, which I traded over a year ago. I've had my 20 almost a year and I don't remember finding the reducers.

My reducers (2017 came with two, to get to 2") were under the rear seat. For a bike rack, I would use the reducers. If you don't use a one-piece adapter and instead go with two sleeves, the bike rack is going to wobble a lot.

As far as I've heard here, 350's are 3 inch receivers. Ford did away with reducers a couple of model years ago. That's now on you if you need one.

I know my 2017 came with reducers but I'm not sure if it goes all the way down to 2". I primarily use the fifth wheel hitch.

This should fit your truck though: https://www.etrailer.com/p-38735.html

my 2020 250 with a 3" receiver only came with the 3"-2.5" adapter. I found a 3"-2" solid 1 piece adapter made by Husky Towing, 33129, but there were none in stock without a planned in stock date.

found here:
https://www.rvupgradestore.com/Husky...hoCSxkQAvD_BwE

I ended up buying a CURT 3-2.5 / 2.5-2 adapter set and welded them together to give me a solid 3-2 adapter. So, now I have the factory 3-2.5, and a 3-2.
