That pressure is correct. When my low pressure pump failed, it showed between 30-40 PSI at idle based on the siphoning from the High Px pump. There would be a CEL if the low pressure reading wasn’t correct.

Yeah, I should have asked if it was a diesel. The response I gave you is (or course) a diesel since I mentioned a high pressure pump. I think you’ll get the answers you are looking for here.
