Bad high or low pressure fuel pump???? Help

So today my f250 started jerking on acceleration. Only does it after 2k rpms and when going above 35. The high pressure fuel pump is louder as well. Any ideas gentlemen?

Haha forgot to ask.....how do you know which pump is going out?

First test fuel pressure so you know if fuel delivery is actually the problem.
