Windshield Trim Removal Tools
Is there a preferred tool for removing the windshield trim on our trucks? I have done it a few different ways in the past, but would like to find a suitable tool. Finding nice trim is increasingly difficult, and I would like to not risk damaging it when removing from parts trucks etc. I see a few different styles available. Which one works the best?

I had my glass guy teach me the way to "hold your mouth just right" with my cheap metal "arrow head" tool.
Had one clip stick & I chipped a tiny 2mm piece from the edge of the glass.
Month later, 100* temps & a hard pot-hole hit, it cracked at the chip.
