Dual Climate - Passenger side temperature erratic
2012 F250 with dual climate. Using FORScan to see the position value of the left and right blend doors.
Turning up the temp the left side door functions correctly, but the right side door sticks on full cold most of the time. If I raise and lower the passenger temp quickly the right side door can become unstuck and move, but once it stops moving it sticks again. The weird thing is that no matter what position it's in or how stuck it seems, if I drop the temp all the way down to 60, it will return to the 0% position. I've replace the actuator for that door and there was no discernable change. I was going to pull the stereo and airbag, remove the actuator again, and manually move the door a bunch to see if maybe something was causing it to stick, but the fact that it always returns to 0 makes me think it's not the door. Could it be the HVAC control unit?
