I've spent so MANY HOURS trying to find it isn't funny! I don't ask forums until exhausted other resources. Mostly because you can get bad information.
Tech folder was great for torque specs but zero help with clearances.
6.4, 7.3 & International I found some data on the ring gaps. Since can grind to what ever I want going in between the tightest range combining all 3
Example: top ring range is .014- .024 (7.3) .014-.024 (6.4) .011-.022 (internantional) So I'll set mine to .014-.022
Mains I found .0008 .0034 on youtube via a oral statement (6.0doctor) but no official documentation.
Rods found nothing????
Even called ford dealers, indepandent shops and emailed a bunch of both all over the country!
My machinist had a book with all of these tolerances etc. I was there as he did some of the work and somewhere I have the paperwork showing all measurements of my block before and after machining.
You need to call a good machinist and see if he has time to look this up for you.
Go to 6.0 Doctor’s website. Call him, I spoke to him a few times when shopping for new o ringed heads a while back. I would post a link but this forum won’t let me.
