2020 6.7 intermittent hum/buzzing

2020 6.7 intermittent hum/buzzing
I have searched for two days and nothing really stands out for the noise I am hearing. It’s not the type writer or headlight noise. I will trying and get a video today going into work.
the sound is like a pump or like an actuator that is stuck. It starts repeating the more you drive. Idle, in town or highway. It is not RPM
specifc, air condition on or off, radio on or off. The truck has almost 10k miles on it and when i first got it, it would make the noise every few days to weeks. Now it’s almost every few minutes after getting hot. I am in AZ and also noticed the fan hasn’t been turning on a lot now like it did before the first oil change.
anyone else hearing a hum or buzz sound on the 20s? Also of my 10k miles about 3500 miles are towing a 15kish fifth wheel.
:: quick update:: sitting at the vet today waiting for our dogs appointment. I noticed the sound is only with the massage seats on. I have a video now and when I figure out how to post it I will. Would only repeat the noise once the seats were on.
