Ref. 75 F-150 with factory a.c.: I have no current to the blower motor switch. All 5 fuses have current on both sides.
I was informed that it needs a blower relay. Where is it hiding under the dash? Who sells replacements? I searched two
major Ford truck parts catalogs with no luck. I was also informed that the blower will work on HI with a worn out resistor.
there is a link in one of the other threads you started on this same topic...it show a picture, part number and a couple of suppliers that had them in stock last year.
You should be able to go to your "user control panel" and in the upper right hand corner area, there is a bar you can click that will show you all your subscribed threads.
Click that and go down to the title of your previous thread.

Hi,
The switch is new. I have an ice-pick circuit tester. It has a light bulb in the handle. No juice to the switch. If you sent a picture, it did not show up on the screen.
It appears as modern art. Where is the relay hiding under the dash?

There is no power to the fan speed switch, it switches the ground NOT the power. There is no fan relay just the resistor pack that is on the ground side of the circuit. The mix lever controls the power to the motor. the motor will power in all settings but vent.
Put the mix lever in defrost and check for power at the blower motor connector. No power there is an issue on the feed circuit. With the fan setting on high check for continuity to ground at the blower motor no ground there is an issue in the speed control side.
Where is the blower motor resistor? If it's fried, I can see it. My MAC parts book does not list a relay. The wires to the switch are all dead. It's getting cold out.
I survived the summer without the a.c. Stella goes into her long winter nap in mid November.

Just to clarify there is no power to the fan speed switch, it goes to ground the fan speed switch is on the ground side of the heater motor. ON high the fan speed switch bypasses the resistor pack altogether. So as long as the heater blower motor has power it should run with the heater fan speed switch in the high setting.
The resistor pack is in the heater plenum, see below circled in red.
