Frt Blower problem

1997 Expedition 156K, the front blower only operates on low & high speed, the 2 middle positions are also "low speed". Could this be a relay for the blower motor? and where can I find it? I see nothing in the manual specifically nor any relay point near the blower/passenger side under dash that I can see. How about a bad switch on the dash? Do those go out?

Looking on Rock Auto I see a 'Blower Motor Relay' and a 'relay blower motor front unit'. So I'm confused LOL.

Thanks, TLR
