I have a 2000 f150. Today I was driving and had the fan switch on one mark up from low. All of a sudden the cold air from the a/c stopped blowing out of the vents. Now the fan will only blow on hi or one mark up from HI and that is it.
How do I fix this.

You could spend an hour troubleshooting the wiring, but if it were me it's not worth my time so I'd just replace the blower resistor, it's 95% the likely problem part. It's right next to the blower motor as shown in this image by the red circle.
