That is a great idea.....wonder why I never thought of that! Beats the sawzall! To the OP, since there is no stock(thank you covid-CHIIINA) or if funds are needed for other things, you "could" fab up a washer and drive it in between the cab and top of the bushing to get it level, very cost effective and 99% of people will never know. Just wanted to throw that idea out there since it is not that bad. However, be prepared to do the rest, you change one, anything connected to it is likely going to change as well.

Here is the video where the guy uses a 3" exhaust pipe coupler....
I am going to make me one of these..... Only I am going to weld the larger plate washer on so it doesn't slip off center.
